Built for serious lifters

Everything you need between sets.
Nothing designed to keep you scrolling.

If you've outgrown spreadsheets but find Strong, Hevy, and Fitbod bloated or subscription-locked, TitanLog fits the gap.

Sub-3-second logging

Thumb-reachable controls, 6 / 10 / 12 quick-rep chips that log the set on tap, auto-fill from your last session, and your previous best at a glance. One-handed, between working sets.

🎥

1,035 video demos

1,111 built-in exercises, 1,035 with looping video demonstrations, and a perfect-form guide — numbered technique steps plus key cues — on every single lift. Got a coach's clip you prefer? 🏋️

Volume math that's actually right

Body-weight-aware volume for pull-ups and dips, assisted lifts subtract the assist, two-dumbbell and two-kettlebell moves count both hands with a ×2 toggle you control, and planks and carries earn credit for time under load. Your body weight comes from your health app, so the math stays current without you keeping a number up to date by hand.

📋

Templates you can hand to a friend

Build your program, start a workout with one tap, and edit on the fly without breaking the template. Share any template as a file — AirDrop, Messages, Mail, Quick Share, whatever you use — and it opens straight into their TitanLog, iPhone to Android or the other way round, custom lifts included. Save any past workout as a new template, or hit Redo Workout to run a past session again with a clean slate. Push, Pull, and Legs are three separate routines, so a PPL split groups the way you train.

🔒

Local-first privacy

Full offline use, optional private cloud sync, no third-party servers, no tracking, no data resale. Lock-screen redaction hides workout names from prying eyes.

⏱️

Designed for the gym

Big tap targets, Light / Dark / System appearance, a live rest timer on your lock screen — and the Dynamic Island on iPhone — a chime that cuts through your music, and a screen that stays awake while your workout is running. Pick a highlight color and it re-tints the app, the artwork, and even the home-screen icon.

💾

Your data, portable

Full-fidelity JSON backup and restore returns you to exactly where you were — every workout, set, template, and PR. Plus CSV and PDF export, and Strong CSV import with fuzzy exercise matching.

❤️

Health sync, opt-in

Completed workouts write back to your phone's health app as strength training with an estimated active-energy sample — on iPhone, that fills your Apple Health Move ring. The only thing TitanLog reads in is your body weight, which keeps body-weight-aware volume honest. That's the single value it asks for — no heart rate, no steps, no sleep, no workout history.

🌍

Six languages, in full

English, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, and Japanese — completely translated, switchable instantly with no restart, and enforced by a test that fails the build if a single string is missing.

Exercise Library

1,111 exercises.
A form guide on every one.

1,035 looping video demonstrations you can pull up mid-workout, and a perfect-form guide — numbered technique steps and key cues — on every exercise in the app, including the custom lifts you create yourself. Full barbell, dumbbell, kettlebell, machine, cable, bodyweight, band, and suspension coverage. Included in your one-time purchase. No subscription required.

Progress & PRs

The record of showing up.

Every set logged. Every pound earned. TitanLog turns your sessions into proof.

  • A summary the moment you finish — duration, volume, calories, sets, and every PR you earned, with one tap to save it as a template
  • Volume and heaviest-set charts per exercise
  • Calendar heatmap of your training history — tap any day to see the session
  • Every history row previews its exercises with the best set of each
  • Every logged set shows the total weight it moved
  • PRs flagged automatically: heaviest weight, estimated 1RM, max reps, best set volume, longest hold, longest distance, fastest pace
  • Big 3 quick-view pins your best bench, squat, and deadlift across all variants
  • Volume by muscle group over 30 days, 90 days, year to date, or all time
  • Calories-burned estimates written back to your health app — they fill the Move ring on iPhone
  • Body weight pulled from your health app — the one value TitanLog reads, and it keeps body-weight lifts accurate
  • Edit any completed workout — add or delete sets and exercises after the fact
  • Cancel your subscription and import your full history from Strong
What's New

Version 2.2 is out.
Every update included, free.

You bought the app once. You get everything that comes after it — no upgrade pricing, no "Pro" tier appearing later.

Version 2.2
  • Share a workout template — hand your program to a training partner by AirDrop, Messages, Mail, Quick Share, or any share app. They open the file and it drops into their TitanLog with every exercise and its targets intact.
  • iPhone to Android, either direction — a template shared from an iPhone opens on Android and back again. Custom lifts you invented come along for the ride, and importing the same template twice never duplicates your exercise library.
  • Fixed: the Exercises tab responds to the first tap again — body-part filter chips used to sit dead until you'd tapped the search bar once.
Version 2.1
  • Add your own video link to any exercise — built-in or custom. Paste a YouTube or web link and it shows up on the exercise page, syncs to your other devices, and rides along in your backup.
  • Push, Pull, and Legs are three separate routines — a PPL split now groups the way you actually train instead of collapsing into one.
  • About 15 MB lighter — every demo re-encoded at verified-identical quality, and unused files dropped.
  • The "How weight is logged" guide now covers the automatic body-weight import from your health app.
Version 2.0
  • Workout summary — finish a session and see duration, volume, calories, set count, and every PR you just earned, with one tap to save it as a template.
  • Body weight from Apple Health — opt in and TitanLog keeps your weight current, so body-weight and assisted lifts stay honest. Your health app is the only thing it reads from, and only that one number.
  • Red and pink are actually different now — the highlight palette shipped two near-identical shades; they're clearly distinct in the app, the artwork, and the home-screen icon.
